Pengalaman Orang Luar Membeli Properti Di Bali

Pertama

I bought property in Bali through a trusted (foreign) friend, who entered into an agreement with Balinese landholders. So, technically I don’t ‘own’ property, but am a sub-lessee on the land, and an owner of a building (a villa) for 25 years. This is soon to be extended for a further 20 years. The benefit of this approach is that someone who knows what they’re doing will handle the minefield of legal, regulatory, construction, utility and human management issues. Having seen my house progress from a scrubby piece of dirt by a small river to a beautiful villa overlooking ricefields, palms and volcanoes in the distance, there’s no way I’d do this by myself.
